Little by little I will be adding resources to help you navigate the gluten maze. Once a person finds they are gluten sensitive, they wonder why more people don’t know about this. The reason is the way information is disseminated in the health care community. The drug companies have the upper hand here. If they are involved and can make money, they will get the word out by ads and by their doctor reps. The fact is they will try to stop this information from getting out because the more people that are gluten free, the fewer meds they are going to sell.
